You’d get “fresher” produce only “in the middle of a farmer’s field” gush fans of Marcie Turney and Valerie Safran’s Med “gem” in Washington Square West, offering “beautiful” fare featuring “locally cultivated ingredients” and “knowledgeable” service; you’ll “eat sardines and feel like one too” in the “cramped” space, but for most, it’s “well worth it”, especially the budino dessert, which is “so good it should be illegal.”
